About Orthocare: We are experts in orthopedic durable medical equipment (DME), we have over 3 decades of healthcare industry related experience among management and staff. The wide array of orthopedic products we offer is essential for pre-operative to post-operative surgical procedural care, as well providing comfort and aid in the recovery from injury/surgery. OrthoCare oversees 150 stock and bill locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We have 4 office locations in major hospitals recognized nationally.

Position Summary
Primary responsibility is to oversee daily operations of our Clinical Department, oversee compliance regulations and align clinical services with patient service needs. Manage clinical staff. including hiring, training and scheduling. A successful candidate will possess strong communications skills, have the ability to quickly identify issues and implementing practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required but not limited to:
- Ensures all aspects of clinical operations are conducted in compliance with relevant internal policies, standards/procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manages employee work schedules, providing adequate staffing levels for appropriate coverage to meet service and operational objectives.
- Provide on-site coverage and education when needed, “hands on approach”.
- Clear communication channels between providers and staff, organizing regular team huddles to support collaboration and education needs.
- Ensure staff receive the necessary training by providing in-service training regarding product, patient assessment, credentialing, corporate compliance and performance improvement.
- Run lead on clinical audits for all business programs/projects as required.
- Lead by example to actively drive a culture of collaboration and communication. The glue that holds the clinical operation together, empowering others to do their best work.
- Collaborates with other departments to address and resolve problems, share information, implement change, create unique solutions and enhance overall service.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, organization and staffing experience, technical skills.
- Oversee and coordinate clinical service & solution activities for compliance and to safeguard and protect the privacy and security of "protected health information" as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPPA")
- 3+ years of clinical experience or prior management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry.
- Proven ability to maintain an environment that promotes learning, growth and pride.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements and best practices.
- Ability to form strong client relationships.
