We are hosting Open Interviews this weekend:

When: Saturday (08/16/25) and Sunday (08/17/25)

Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Location: Sunshine Academy of Flagler

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement age - appropriate curriculum and activities
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support children's growth in social, emotional and cognitive development
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation and safety standards
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred
• 45 DCF hours, CDA, FCCPC, or degree in Early Childhood Education (or willingness to pursue)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children
