What You’ll Do:
As an Unlicensed Clinician in BHN’s OTP, you will provide clinical and recovery-focused services as part of a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program supporting individuals working to achieve an opioid-free lifestyle. You’ll guide individuals through their recovery journeys, assess needs, provide individual and group therapy, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, holistic, and person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical best practices
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy related to both mental health and substance use
- Support individuals through medication-assisted treatment, including education and engagement
- Monitor health, wellness, and daily functioning to support long-term recovery goals
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and building social support networks
- Conduct outreach to individuals as needed to support treatment engagement
- Loan Repayment Programs: Up to 100K for student debt

- Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (required)
- Minimum 1 year of substance use-specific clinical experience (required)
- Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm-reduction principles
- Culturally competent and comfortable working with diverse populations
