At GSM Services, our mission is simple yet powerful — to provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to our customers and coworkers. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Estimate Follow-Up Coordinator to support our Commercial Service Divisions. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage accounts receivable for the Commercial Service Divisions
  • Monitor and call on past due invoices daily
  • Achieve and maintain accounts receivable goals set by leadership
  • Follow up on open estimates within 24 hours to determine customer readiness to proceed
  • Keep detailed follow-up notes to ensure we always know “What’s Next” with each customer
  • Confirm and update customer contact information in ServiceTitan
  • Schedule Sales Advisor site visits as needed
  • Generate leads from existing customer information as directed by leadership
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
