About the Opportunity


This is a true B2B sales role with a residual income model - you’ll be responsible for finding prospects, setting meetings, and closing deals. Instead of a traditional base salary or upfront commission, you’ll earn monthly residual income for every client you bring on board, paid as long as the contract remains active.


It’s ideal for someone who values flexibility, has strong sales or networking skills, and wants to build a long-term income stream that continues to pay for work already done.




What You’ll Do


  • Prospect local businesses and property managers in industries like construction, retail, logistics, and real estate
  • Set appointments, meet with decision-makers, and assess their security needs
  • Present and sell customized guard service solutions
  • Collaborate with our internal operations team to prepare quotes and launch services
  • Stay in touch with clients to support long-term retention and satisfaction


Note: You are not responsible for managing security personnel or service delivery - our operations team handles all execution after the sale.




What You’ll Earn


  • Monthly residual pay for every client you close. ($1/hour sold the first year, $0.50/hour on each year after.)
  • Income continues as long as the contract stays active
  • No cap on earnings - the more deals you close, the more monthly income you generate

Ideal Candidate


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own pipeline
  • Comfortable working independently and on a flexible schedule
  • Background or connections in construction, real estate, property management, or events is a plus
