Operator Machine

Summary

• The Machine Operator will run paper converting equipment used on the production floor. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality output in a manufacturing environment. Operators must be available for 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machines (rewinders, wrappers, palletizers, etc.).
• Load raw materials using cranes or pallet jacks.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform resets.
• Track production data and perform quality checks.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures.
  
  

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of machine operation experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting, standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs.
• Tasks may involve bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
