Clinical Office Assistant: Join Our Team in Rockville!
Are you a highly organized professional who loves to make a difference? We are looking for a Clinical Office Assistant to be a vital part of our team in Rockville. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, from patient record management to daily workflow coordination, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. - Clinical and Administrative Coordination: Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Record Management: Ensure all clinical notes, signatures, and electronic medical record (EMR) tasks are accurate and complete.
- Patient Management: Handle patient scheduling, appointments, and financial collections.
- Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance eligibility and direct billing questions to the correct teams.
- Operational Support: Order supplies, manage medication deliveries, and provide backup support as needed.
- 3+ years of administrative office experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Education/Experience: Minimum: Associate degree or HS Diploma plus consistent and substantial relevant work experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, mental health, or business administration.
