Anti-Submarine Warfare Weapons Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as an Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Weapons Analyst.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Observe and support at-sea firings of weapons during naval exercises
• Extract weapon firing data from multiple available sources
• Reconstruct weapon firing events to develop accurate assessments of weapon performance, surface combatant or air delivery attack proficiency, and surface combatant evasion tactics
• Communicate exercise results, both orally and in written reports, to representatives from naval commands, engineering laboratories, and program offices
• Provide analytical insight and subject matter expertise during ad hoc weapons-related meetings, workshops, and conferences
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of Navy experience related to ship, submarine, or aircraft operations and warfare tasks, specifically including exercise weapons firings
• Three (3) years of experience planning exercise activities on Navy training ranges
• Three (3) years of experience analyzing the results of ASW weapons firings
• Demonstrated capability to prepare briefings, reports, and correspondence that are technically accurate and professionally formatted
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience with Navy range instrumentation systems and data collection processes
• Familiarity with ASW weapons systems, tactics, and performance metrics
• Experience presenting technical findings to senior military and civilian stakeholders
  
  

Clearance

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
