We are looking for an Epic Clinical Analyst – Beacon to join our growing healthcare IT team. In this role, you’ll help optimize Epic’s Beacon oncology module to improve cancer care workflows, support clinicians, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality.
You’ll work closely with oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, and fellow Epic analysts to translate complex treatment workflows into efficient, accurate, and user-friendly Epic solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare experience who’s ready to deepen their Epic expertise—particularly in oncology.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Beacon treatment protocols, order sets, and workflows.
- Partner with clinical teams to design solutions that improve patient safety and streamline care.
- Test, troubleshoot, and support Beacon configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Train and support end-users to maximize adoption and usability.
- Stay current with Epic updates and oncology care standards.
- 1+ years in healthcare (oncology or hospital setting preferred).
- Epic experience (Beacon highly preferred) as analyst or super-user.
- Understanding of oncology workflows, chemotherapy ordering, and medication safety.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Epic Beacon certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
