The Administrative Assistant (Store Planning) plays a vital role in supporting Dillard's Store Planning Department, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from concept to completion. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, processing invoices, and maintaining project documentation. As part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you will contribute to the creation and renovation of Dillard's stores nationwide-helping bring our brand vision to life in every location.Proven administrative or project coordination experience (preferably in retail, construction, design, or related field). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with data entry and spreadsheet management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative demeanor. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and timelines.
