We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist to lead and grow Xnurta’s organic social presence across LinkedIn and TikTok. You’ll own the content calendar, write engaging posts, create or brief visuals and videos, and collaborate directly with senior execs to shape Xnurta’s external voice.
This role is perfect for a high-performing individual contributor who’s been in the weeds of social content planning and execution—and is now ready to own strategy, grow visibility, and build their portfolio at a breakout B2B SaaS startup.
This role is based in Bellevue, WA and requires being in-office 4 days/week (Mondays through Thursdays).

What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage Xnurta’s social content calendar across LinkedIn and TikTok
- Create original written content and brief visuals for social posts
- Ghostwrite or co-create thought leadership content with execs
- Track performance and optimize content based on engagement
- Identify and react to trends, news, and community engagement in real time
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, creative, and product teams
- Help define and evolve Xnurta’s brand voice across platforms
- Build toward potential expansion into new channels over time
Must Have Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Experience as a hands-on social media marketer for a B2B SaaS company or retail media platform/agency
- Platform expertise in LinkedIn and TikTok
- Strong writing skills and experience adapting tone across voices
- Deep understanding of the retail media space, including Amazon Ads
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with executives
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace
- Familiarity with promoted posts or LinkedIn Ads
- Experience working with creators or influencers in a B2B or agency context
- Basic video editing or experience briefing video assets
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, HubSpot, or similar
- Build a social media program from the ground up
- High visibility and direct access to leadership
