Job Summary
- The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plans, retiree HRA, COBRA and FMLA/LOA Administration.
- Minimum Education
- High School/GED or Equivalent
- Minimum Work Experience
- 3 Years
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Deals Effectively with hospital personnel
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of management issues
- Compile and analyze reports
- Compose letters/memorandums
- Proficient using Excel Spreadsheets to conduct analysis and complete bill reconciliations
