Job Summary

  • The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plans, retiree HRA, COBRA and FMLA/LOA Administration.

  • 3 Years
  • Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Deals Effectively with hospital personnel
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of management issues
  • Compile and analyze reports
  • Compose letters/memorandums
  • Proficient using Excel Spreadsheets to conduct analysis and complete bill reconciliations
  • Research information
