Operations Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Review video content for technical and visual and audio accuracy, ensuring all elements meet internal quality standards.
- Identify and report any issues such as audio sync problems, graphical errors, visual defects, or inconsistencies.
- Work with the post production team to resolve any issues and ensure the final versions of videos are error-free before release.
- Oversee the creation, review, and editing of captions for all video content utilizing a mix of automated tools and manual review.
- Ensure captions are grammatically correct, accurately timed, and comply with accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and software tools for the generation of captions and subtitles in multiple languages.
- Maintain a database of caption and subtitle files for future use and reference.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies for quality control and captioning
- Assist in the content launch process, including episode titling & thumbnail uploads
- Follow updates & trends across various audio & video platforms
- This is an entry level position but 1 - 2 years experience working in relevant digital or media production spaces is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining highly organized and detail-oriented.
- 1 - 2 years experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- General knowledge of the Adobe suite a plus.
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi language speaker a plus
- This job requires continuous work at a desk, utilizing a monitor and keyboard for at least 50% of the workday.
