The Role You'll Contribute
The Manager Practice Operations is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned Primary Care Network practices. Provides leadership and direction to the entire team in that location. Manager Practice Operations will be responsible for efficient and effective operations of a practice with 3-5 providers and roughly 10 additional staff members. Responsible for favorable results related to financials, patient experience, provider and staff satisfaction, consumer initiatives, easy access to care, and value-based care.

The Value You'll Bring To The Team
- Leads entire team within the practice to focus on service and care excellence.
- Recruits, hires, and onboards team members based on mission, culture, and skills fit.
- Assists in recruitment and onboarding of Physicians and APPs at their location.
- Collaborates with identified physician and APP leaders to advance professionalism.
- Builds and maintains positive, effective relationships with all Physicians and APPs in their location. This includes meeting regularly with them, working with them to effect solutions to issues within the practice, and together drive performance.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field and 1 year of healthcare leadership experience or equivalent experience in healthcare leadership
- Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
- Certified by the American College of Medicare Practice Executives (ACMPE)
- Certified by Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM)
