Position Summary As a key member of our leadership operations team, this individual plays a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation. This transformation will contribute to the EBITDA value of the company. This includes planning, coordinating and executing key Continuous Improvement initiatives that improve quality, efficiency and performance of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience driving largescale business transformation with measurable EBITDA outcomes through agile transformation program management, data strategy, automation initiatives, operations delivery & offshoring and cost saving programs at a professional service organization. This candidate will be able to manage a wide range of relationships, including the Board of Directors, the Operating Committee and BU/functional leaders. This role will work directly with Trinity’s COO and CFO to implement a significant initiative to improve Trinity’s operational efficiency across business operations, project operations (process of quote to cash), IT strategy and SG&A. To be successful, this candidate will need to collaborate across function and operational leaders, drive a strategic mandate, and ensure proper change management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team responsible for the operational excellence initiative to transform project operations, IT infrastructure, and SG&A teams
  • Serve as a thought leader on automation and AI opportunities and as a key business partner for the operational leadership team
  • Run efficient and effective project operations, leveraging the Agile and 4-D frameworks, and focused building and executing with quick, nimble and well-organized teams
  • Collaborate with C-suite and board executives, presenting progress and strategic plans
  • Over time, expand responsibilities to areas like new product roadmaps and artificial intelligence adoption

Essential Functions

Strategic Initiative Management and Operations

  • Key leader driving the operational transition to an AI-centric professional services organization inclusive of both consulting operations and SG&A
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, driving initiatives that align with key objectives and ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop a change management plan for implementation of transformation projects

Consulting Operations Experience

  • Ability to understand the unique drivers and leverage points for project operations within a consulting environment
  • Experience implementing margin recapture strategies across the areas of pricing, scoping and project management
  • Managing offshore strategies, including planning and setting up teams to achieve long-term success
  • Ability to mix SOPs/policy with incentives and supporting data to achieve desired results

Tracking and KPI Development

  • Analyze desired outcomes and develop KPIs at the individual workstream and overall initiative level
  • Report and update senior leaders on the progress and impact of each transformational activity
  • Flexibility to learn as the projects evolve and pivot quickly if desired outcomes are not achieved

Data Strategy and AI

  • Collaborate with IT and data science professionals to develop an enterprise-wide data strategy to ensure proactive deployment and execution of technology (internal and client-facing) and minimize technical debt across the environment (infrastructure and applications)
  • Identify and enact AI solutions to improve operational quality, speed and scalability.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education: MBA or equivalent with a demonstrated interest in operational excellence and transformation. New world technology programs or companies would be an advantage, for e.g. ServiceNow, Accenture, Palantir.

Work Experience: 10+ years of experience leading prior transformation projects.

Other Skills:

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data structures and cloud-based data tools.
  • Experience with agile processes and rolling out technical platforms to teams and organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to C-suite and board executives.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
