Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Promote services, memberships, and retail products to meet sales goals
- Assist guests with appointment scheduling and product recommendations
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide outstanding service that encourages repeat visits and referrals
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
