We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Functional Medicine Practitioner to join our team at The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Functional Medicine Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve optimal health and wellness through a holistic and personalized approach to healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify root causes of health issues
• Create personalized treatment plans based on functional medicine principles
• Recommend lifestyle and dietary changes to promote overall well-being
• Order and interpret lab tests to further assess patient health
• Provide ongoing support and education to empower patients in their health journey
  
  

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Nursing
• Certified in functional medicine
• Experience in treating a variety of health conditions using a functional medicine approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
