Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) - Outpatient Adult Psych Clinic

The position is located at HH West Grad Bldg (10048) with standard hours and flexible scheduling, including early evening patient/group sessions.

• Provides evidence-based clinical services in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adhering to ethical and professional standards.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops care and discharge plans, and coordinates referrals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Delivers direct patient care, including case management, crisis intervention, counseling, and support for diverse populations.
• Maintains timely documentation, participates in team activities, and provides supervision to social work students.
• Supports program development, enhances patient experience, and ensures resource utilization.
