Responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

  • Provides supervision and guidance to LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, potentially serving as a charge nurse.
  • Prepares and updates comprehensive nursing care plans based on assessments and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Implements care plans, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, therapeutic interventions, documenting procedures accurately.
  • Evaluates patient responses, progress toward goals, and revises care plans accordingly.
  • Educates patients and families, assesses education needs, and acts as a role model and preceptor for new staff and students.
  • Maintains effective communication, reports patient conditions accurately, upholds confidentiality, and advocates for safe practices.
  • Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • Full-time position with a TBD work schedule.
