- Provide occupational therapy and wellness services to older adults
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions
- Support care coordination through wellness visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and telehealth assistance
- Maintain professional standards and contribute to program development and quality improvement
- Help optimize patients' functional well-being and satisfaction
