Full-time Wound Care RN position on day shift (0800-1700) in a 34-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Provides direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develops care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and staff.
Communicates clinical changes to physicians and team members and participates in discharge planning.
Requirements include a Nursing degree, current RN license, CPR/BCLS, Wound Care certification, and at least one year of Wound Care experience.
Preferred qualifications are 2-3 years of Wound Care and 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience.
