Eliada Homes in Asheville, NC, is expanding and looking for passionate individuals to help children succeed. We are currently seeking an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional (QP) to join our team.
The IIH Qualified Professional (QP) will provide in-home and case management services to students and their families. This role involves behavioral support, individual and family work, and case management for the 12 families assigned to the IIH team.

Qualified Professional (QP) Status Required
Candidates must hold an associate degree or higher in a related human services field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) and possess a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs. Experience may be acquired before or after graduation.

- Ensure case management support is provided for each student.
- Collaborate with treatment team to develop and implement the Person-Centered Plan.
Requirements

- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- A monthly mileage stipend is provided to support travel needs associated with the position.
