Apprenticely is working with our company partner, the Era's Clinic to add a Digital Marketing Intern to their team in Fayetteville, Arkansas!
Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Intern to support our growing operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in healthcare technology and administration, assisting with data entry, website updates, basic IT troubleshooting, and other administrative projects.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Intern to support our growing operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in healthcare technology and administration, assisting with data entry, website updates, basic IT troubleshooting, and other administrative projects.
What You'll Do...
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input patient, service, and operational data into our systems (EHR, spreadsheets, internal databases). Perform routine data quality checks and ensure records are up-to-date
- Website Support: Assist with updating website content (e.g., service information, blog posts, announcements). Help ensure website accuracy, usability, and alignment with branding guidelines
- IT & Technical Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist with setup and maintenance of devices, printers, and other office tech. Support onboarding of staff onto new systems and tools
- Administrative Support: Assist with special projects, file organization, and document formatting. Coordinate with vendors and partners for tech-related needs
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., Webflow, Squarespace, Wix) a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in healthcare technology and operations
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare startup environment
- Exposure to healthcare operations, EHR systems, and clinic IT processes
- Opportunity to contribute directly to improving patient care and clinic efficiency
- Mentorship from experienced healthcare and operations leaders
- Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Length of Internship: 3 months
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
