Home Health Physical Therapist - $60+ per visit

Seeking a Weekend Home Health Physical Therapist in Cranston, RI for ongoing, part-time or per diem work with flexible weekend schedules.

• Provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes across Rhode Island.
• Perform assessments, develop and revise individualized care plans, and educate clients and families.
• Make home visits, conduct diagnostic tests, and document interventions using a tablet.
• Requires current Rhode Island PT license and at least one year of clinical experience.
