This nursing position requires an experienced nurse capable of practicing independently within a similar clinical setting.
- Provides both routine and complex patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Manages long-term goals and develops contingency plans, delegating tasks appropriately.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and administers medications and treatments per protocol.
- Documents patient information accurately and assesses educational needs to provide relevant patient and family education.
- Meets scope and standards of practice, demonstrating leadership competencies.
- Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an RN license.
- Works full-time night shift from 7PM to 7AM.
