Summary
- The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, assisting the Director in planning, evaluating, and improving nursing services.
- Responsible for managing daily operations of the nursing department on a 24-hour basis, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Collaborates with clinical and ancillary teams to meet quality, safety, community, and service excellence goals.
- Supervises staff performance, identifies training needs, and fosters a supportive environment for staff development.
- Monitors patient outcomes and quality metrics, implementing programs to enhance care delivery.
- Requires a BSN (preferred for Magnet facilities), 2+ years of clinical experience, previous supervisory experience preferred, and an active RN license with BLS certification.
