The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.
- Supervises care activities by LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned shifts.
- Communicates with interdisciplinary teams and reports patient concerns or changes promptly.
- Qualifications include a current RN license, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification (preferred).
- Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
- Requires physical ability to lift and reposition patients and medical supplies, with reasonable assistance if needed.
- Skills include effective communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making.
- Works in a controlled indoor environment, may work under stress and flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, holidays, and other duties as assigned.
- Supports a diverse, inclusive work environment with reliable attendance and adherence to dress code and conduct standards.
