Summary

The Director of East is responsible for growing a geographic territory spanning multiple states and account types. Revenue growth and customer success in this type of territory requires planning and execution of company resources and distribution, including managing broker partners for scale & reach, and ability to go deep on certain key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Development of regional growth plans in partnership with key customers.
• Provide direction and have collaboration with our Broker Partners to meet objectives.
• Enable effective collaboration across supporting functions like marketing, category management, operations, and logistics.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers with customers within assigned accounts.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
• Leverage Market insights as inputs into the Territory growth plan.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Actively prospect into established and new accounts within assigned territory to expand market share.
• Proactively addresses any issues or concerns to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Develop and implement territory plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• 10 + years Sales experience preferred
• Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
• Organization and time management skills required
