We’re hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst in Chicago, IL (remote/hybrid eligible)! Join a fast-paced, data-driven organization where you’ll work full-time with modern data tools like Power BI, SQL, and DAX. You'll play a critical role in connecting business teams with actionable insights across departments such as Finance, Operations, Treasury, and Data Science. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or BI roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Deep experience with Power BI, including DAX and M queries
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
  • Ability to lead projects independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and ability to work with data engineers
  • Strong experience in designing and analyzing KPIs
  • Ability to collaborate with data scientists on metric design and interpretation
  • Experience presenting insights to business leaders
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 40% Power BI development (dashboards, DAX, M queries)
  • 30% SQL and data preparation
  • 20% Business collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • 10% Metric design and ad-hoc analysis

Daily Responsibilities

  • 70% Hands On
  • 10% Management Duties
  • 20% Team Collaboration
