We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of effectively conveying our organization's message to our various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies that promote our initiatives, engage our audience, and enhance our brand presence across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and proofread content for various platforms including website, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring engaging and timely content.
  • Coordinate and support events, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization’s brand identity across all communication materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools.
  • Experience with graphic design software and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
