Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
- Create, edit, and proofread content for various platforms including website, newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring engaging and timely content.
- Coordinate and support events, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategies.
- Assist in maintaining the organization’s brand identity across all communication materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools.
- Experience with graphic design software and content creation tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Competitive hourly wage: $23 - $30 per hour.
