Job Summary:
Front Porch Communities & Services is focused on enhancing occupancy across their market rate communities through strategic marketing efforts. The Regional Marketing Manager will develop and execute localized marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility, attract prospective residents, and generate qualified leads for the sales process.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, in collaboration with internal and external partners, actionable, localized marketing strategies aligned with occupancy and revenue goals, and implement them upon approval.
• Create and execute approved media plans that incorporate both traditional and digital channels to effectively reach target audiences.
• Oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, advertising placements, collateral development, events, and promotions to drive lead generation and engagement.
• Analyze lead performance, campaign outcomes, and market data to guide ongoing strategy ensuring all messaging, tactics and timelines are consistent with the marketing plan.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and budget utilization and lead activity to inform future planning.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for the assigned market-rate communities, offering consultative guidance and hands-on tactical support.
• Manage the day-to-day relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, media vendors, and other external partners to coordinate campaign execution and content development.
• Oversee marketing budgets for assigned communities, ensuring responsible allocation of funds and optimal return on investment.
• Monitor expenditures and performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to support occupancy growth.
• Collaborate with internal Support Services resources to maintain consistent brand messaging while adapting campaigns for local effectiveness.
• Provide insights and feedback to help refine broader marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret CRM (WelcomeHome) data to track lead generation, evaluate campaign results and align with sales strategies to recommend data-informed actions and optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Associates Degree/Two years of College plus Two years of related work experience or Four years of related work experience.
• 6 years of experience as an Account Executive in an ad agency, In-house Marketing Director or a similar environment with a focus on strategy, media and project management/planning.
• Effective oral and written communication skills that are appropriate to the audience's needs.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations live via online or virtual mediums.
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
• Effective conflict management skills.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and executive management.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

• Must be able to remain stationary 20% of the time.
• Must be able to lift or carry items: Seldom: 11-25 pounds, Occasionally: 11-25 pounds, Frequently: 1-10 Pounds, Constantly: Negligible.
• Must occasionally ascend/descend stairs to provide essential services.
• Must succinctly communicate information and ideas so others will understand accurately exchanged information.
• Must consistently work in an office and assisted living facility-type atmosphere.
Preferred:
• 3 years of experience in Senior Living or Healthcare marketing.
