Nice-Pak Products, Inc. (NP) is the global developer, manufacturer and marketer of pre-moistened wipes for the consumer market, specializing in personal care, hygiene, household cleaning and disinfection products. We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!
This is a 3rd shift, 8 hour position 8 pm to 4 am Monday - Friday hour position. You may be required to come in early, stay over of work on unscheduled days as needed.
This is a safety sensitive position. The position is responsible for assisting functions involving: completing daily/weekly monthly reports; re-working of goods, return authorizations, cycle count program, customer requests, adjustment authorizations, quality control audits, inventory counts, and opening and closing of shop orders. The position interacts with Operations, Finance, Quality Control, Warehouse personnel, as well as vendors and company associates at all levels.

Essential Functions And Basic Duties
- Ability to open, print and close shop orders.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operational metrics
- Conduct physical inventories as required
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner consistent with company safety policies.
- Ability to run and understand reports in both BPCS and the WMS and capable of basic to complex transactions in both systems.
- Reconcile CHEP, IGPS and GMA pallet inventories.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree preferred
- Working knowledge of WMS and BPCS systems
- Proficient math skills in complex, repetitive equations
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years working in a warehouse environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to set daily priorities and goals
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high volume work environment
