• What You’ll Do
• Partner with facility leadership to provide HR support and guidance
• Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coach and support managers in creating positive workplace cultures
• Travel regularly between facilities to provide hands-on HR leadership
• What We’re Looking For
• HR management experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
• A flexible, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel frequently across Washington and Oregon
• Excellent communication and people skills—you're approachable, supportive, and solutions-oriented
