Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Operations Coordinator to support and elevate our Mitigation and Production operations. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate and consistent job file data across systems to support seamless project execution.
- Oversee the administrative lifecycle of a high volume of projects from initiation through completion.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and support financial accuracy on active job files.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Mitigation leadership to schedule work orders and manage equipment logistics.
- Keep schedules accurate and up-to-date, ensuring optimal resource use and operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in production reviews, identifying opportunities to improve cost control and workflow.
- Serve as a communication bridge between customers, trade partners, insurance contacts, and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and communication records.
- Coordinate required documentation to ensure compliance with all project and insurance requirements.
- Support collections processes by monitoring project balances and following up on outstanding invoices.
- Engage with customers and carriers to ensure timely payments and resolution of financial discrepancies.
- Serve as the first line of action on past due balances, utilizing established collection procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional administrative or business coursework preferred.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative, operations, or customer service role.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional communicator with strong customer service acumen.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple business platforms and learning new systems.
- Organizational & Time Management: Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Awareness: Understanding of basic invoicing and AR practices preferred.
