What's the Job?

  • Track and document operational tasks and workflows to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems using standard file naming conventions for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support resolution efforts for process issues and service gaps through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Create folders, prepare documentation, and manage data inputs to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency.

  • Proven ability to document, track, and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
