This hands-on internship offers exposure to IT operations, support, systems administration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• Help maintain and update documentation for IT systems and processes
• Support IT team with routine maintenance and software updates
• Participate in system installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Collaborate with team members on small-scale IT projects
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows/Mac OS
• Experience with help desk systems is a plus (not required)
