Job Summary
Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse with strong cardiac ICU experience. Candidates must be proficient in advanced ICU care including CRRT and managing cardiac sheaths.

Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse with strong cardiac ICU experience. Candidates must be proficient in advanced ICU care including CRRT and managing cardiac sheaths.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and treat patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Manage and maintain sheaths and CRRT equipment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed
- Document accurately and in a timely manner within EMR systems
- Strong cardiac ICU skills (SCL cardiac skills 3-4s)
- CRRT experience
- Experience managing cardiac sheaths
- Must be able to start on one of the specified orientation dates
- Completion of Voice Advantage Interview required
- Previous experience in a high-acuity ICU environment
- COVID-19 vaccine required
- COVID booster declination accepted
