Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define goals, requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
- Lead and coordinate design teams, integrating interior design with architectural and construction plans.
- Apply space planning expertise and building code knowledge to create functional, beautiful interiors.
- Produce and present drawings, sketches, models, and materials to communicate design concepts.
- Use Revit to finalize design plans, ensuring selections, materials, and furnishings are accurately illustrated.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- Oversee installation of design elements, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation in Fohlio, tracking all selections and materials.
- Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and best practices, sourcing from top trade partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in high-end residential interior design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, planning processes, and interior construction techniques.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and space planning abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and high net-worth clients.
