Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong ability to sale and customer service
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
