API/QA Position - Port Arthur, TX

Creates & leads implementation of the turnaround quality assurance (QA) execution plan. Establishes QA manpower requirements to support the execution phase of the turnaround. Establishes quality requirements to be used by contractors. Develops surveillance plans that will be used to monitor the contractors’ performance. Develops inspection test plans that will be used in the work scope plan. Provides training to planning team on scope item testing requirements. Audits completed scope item packages for accuracy of testing requirements. Reviews contractor proposals for quality requirements & provides feedback. Provides indoctrination, training, technical direction & oversight to QA support personnel. Participates in the care, custody, & transfer process
