We are looking for a Community / Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations at this 55+ Community. You will oversee and work on projects that are important to our success. We envision on half of your day to be spent in the office and the other half of your day in the community alongside with your maintenance staff.

We are looking for a Community / Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations at this 55+ Community. You will oversee and work on projects that are important to our success. We envision on half of your day to be spent in the office and the other half of your day in the community alongside with your maintenance staff.
About The Role
- Manage all day-to-day property operations including billing, tenant application processing, utility reading, maintenance, and task delegation
- Handle tenants move-ins and move-outs, including inspections
- Enforce payment deadlines and issue late notices
- Consistently and promptly enforce the park rules and regulations, while conducting regular property inspections
- Ensure compliance with all local and state housing regulations
- Delegate tasks and work to ensure completion of projects
- Prioritize situations and emergencies regarding the property and address them immediately
- Maintain landscaping, including trees, mowing, trimming, shrub care and edging of lawns
- Maintain the sprinkler system and repairs as needed
- Handle sewer backups and repairs
- Pond maintenance
- Ensure common areas and green spaces are clean and well-maintained
- Previous experience in property management and maintenance (mobile home park experience preferred)
- Available for on-call after hour emergencies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to hire, train and manage our maintenance personnel
- Self-motivated leader with strong management, phone and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and property management software
- Professionally and courteously manage inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns and follow up accordingly
- Open to learning our business policies. We consider our residents as our customers
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year, plus housing!
