We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Minimum 3-5 years RESIDENTIAL service and repair experience.
- Clean cut appearance with a great attitude, superior work ethic and sales aptitude
- Clean driving record
- Universal EPA Certification
- Hand tools, cordless tools, gauges, etc.
- Must pass Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficient in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to be part of on call rotation
- Flexibility to work overtime depending on demand
- Desire to make more than $80,000 a year
- EPA Certification (Type I and II) or Universal Certification.
- Experience with smart thermostats, ductless systems, and other advanced HVAC technologies.
- Knowledge of local building codes and HVAC regulations.
- Familiarity with HVAC maintenance and repair software or apps.
- Ability to service oil fired units a plus!
