Responsibilities
- Drafting wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
- Assisting with probate and trust administration matters
- Meeting with clients (with supervision and training provided)
- Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda
- Supporting other attorneys in case preparation and client communications
- Appear in court for probate matters
- Licensed California attorney (or newly admitted)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with care
- Compassionate, client-focused, and comfortable working with families from all walks of life
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Team-oriented personality who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
