What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the vision and execution for how Continua’s Audio Visual Operations and Information Technology teams can work to support both internal and external customers.
  • Drive innovation across the Audio Visual Operations + Information Technology teams
  • Craft and communicate a compelling AV Technology vision the supports business growth
  • Oversee the enterprise infrastructure including cloud platforms, cybersecurity, business applications, data governance, and the IT staff who support the Continua teams.
  • Ensure operational standards, resource planning and timelines meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead organizational readiness efforts for new technologies, operational processes, and systems to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and safety standards while actively managing operational and cybersecurity risks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales to align operational capabilities with market opportunities and client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a clear strategy and product roadmap from concept through implementation, support, and continuous innovation.
  • Manage operational and technology budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
  • Monitor KPIs for both technology and operations, including uptime, project delivery rates, margins and client satisfaction.
  • Drive cost optimization while protecting quality, service excellence, and innovation.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic relationships with AV manufacturers, technology providers, distributors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure vendors meet performance, quality, compliance, and delivery expectations.
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team across technology and AV Operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop workforce plans, succession strategies, and leadership development programs to ensure sustainable growth of technical and operational talent.
  • Establish an innovation pipeline to evaluate and integrate emerging AV and IT technologies that enhance client offerings and operational efficiency.

What You Should Have

  • 15+ Years experience in either Audio Visual or Information Technology with 10+ years in progressively senior leadership roles
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced technical degree preferred
  • Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute organizational strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
  • Ability to lead through change and drive organizational alignment during periods of transformation.
  • Exceptional decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills at the executive level.
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

Compensation And Benefits

The hiring compensation range for this position is a baes salary of $210,000-$270,000 with bonus eligibility. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
