Key Responsibilities
- Execute RED Strategy to drive positive SSSG and positive transactions.
- Partner with franchisees to develop annual local marketing plans, including competitive value offers, conceptualizing and validating consumer promotions and communications that drive sales and traffic.
- Build robust digital marketing plans aligned with broader brand and business strategy and objectives, including paid media (performance marketing), promotions, and content.
- Manage optimization of performance marketing by collaborating with global teams in analyzing performance and identifying opportunities to strengthen digital marketing efforts.
- Deliver proven wins in all facets of modern marketing (particularly digital, mobile, and CRM) with an emphasis on sales-driving through-the-line communication.
- Plan and prioritize key marketing tactics across global teams and countries to improve country growth, revenue, and efficiency targets.
- Lead the development of robust marketing plans with food aggregators throughout the region to deliver profitable sales performance while driving JBPs with key partners regionally.
- Develop dashboards and analyses regarding marketing and digital performance with insights that will help optimize plans.
- Partner cross-functionally within LA&C franchisees in the activation of incremental sales platforms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR or technology.
- Experience and advanced knowledge/proficiency in AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, web analytics, and reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- Skills in achieving results through others, engaging and empowering others, coaching for performance, and working cross-functionally.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, apps, and social technology in consumer-facing business (CRM/loyalty, paid media (PESO strategy), agency management).
- Acute awareness of the role data plays in driving transactional growth through customer-facing marketing and communications.
- Proven track record of delivering consistent, significant sales growth in a fast-moving, hypercompetitive, diverse, e-tailing environment.
- Experience executing performance marketing channels including paid search, affiliate, retargeting, and programmatic video/display.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience within a multinational is highly regarded.
