WCS Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Employee Health Nurse (RN or LPN) to work within an Outpatient Clinic with a prestigious Senior Living Organization in Riverdale, NY.

Job Function
- Day Shift.
- 9am - 5pm.
- Conduct pre-employment health assessments, including TB testing, drug screenings, physical evaluations, and vaccination administration (e.g., flu, Hep B, COVID-19), while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records in compliance with HIPAA and support return-to-work evaluations in collaboration with infection control and HR.
- Monitor and follow up on employee illness, injury, and exposure reports—including infectious diseases—and assist with contact tracing and outbreak management as needed.
- Educate employees on workplace health and safety topics such as ergonomics, hygiene, and infection control, while supporting broader wellness initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with OSHA, CDC, and local health regulations, and participate in safety committee meetings and workplace health audits.
- RN or LPN license active and in good standing in the state of NY.
- CPR/BLS Certification (required).
- 1-3 years of nursing experience; occupational health or employee health experience preferred.
