Description
- Oversee the entire PPAP process
- Prepare and conduct internal IATF 16949 audits
- Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians
- Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
- Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
- Generate documentation and standards for new products
- Work with supply chain team to provide updates to customers on lead times, recommend alternatives
Profile
- 3+ years experience in quality
- Background in electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 or AS9100
- Experience with New Product Development
- Strong communication skills, experience with customers
- Degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers
Job Offer
- Base Salary between $85,000 - $90,000
- Discetrionary bonus based on company performance
