About The Role

As a Line Cook at The Dime, you’ll play a key part in delivering a great dining experience by preparing high-quality dishes with consistency and care. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every plate meets our standards and reaches guests on time. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Both AM and PM shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized station
• Assist with prep work, portioning, and storage as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Manual dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment safely.
