Salary: Up to $79,040 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized wound care by expertly cleaning, dressing, and managing wound treatments.
• Complete thorough admission assessments and maintain accurate, detailed documentation.
• Monitor resident wounds and provide timely medication administration and treatment.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families, fostering a positive and reassuring environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Uphold facility policies and maintain the highest standards of nursing practice.
• Protect resident privacy and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• Wound and Ostomy Care Certification required.
• Prior experience in wound care in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
