Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced hotel inspector to inspect and evaluate the quality of hotel properties and services according to established standards. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate.

Responsibilities



  • Inspect hotel properties and services to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Document findings and provide feedback to hotel leadership and staff
  • Identify and report any health and safety risks or violations
  • Monitor hotel operations and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to hotel staff on quality assurance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols
  • Analyze feedback from customer surveys and adjust quality assurance protocols accordingly
  • Act as a liaison between hotel leadership, staff, and guests when necessary
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in related field
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
